Crown Money Terms

Crown Money is a promotional loyalty reward offered by Crave & Crown. These terms explain how it is earned, used and expires. Crown Money is not a bank balance, deposit, investment, security, or a guaranteed cash equivalent, and has no cash withdrawal value.

1. Earning Crown Money

Customers earn Crown Money as a percentage of the total amount paid on an eligible order:

• Standard customers earn 5% of the order total back as Crown Money.
• Active Crown+ members earn 10% of the order total back as Crown Money.

New customers additionally receive a one-time ₹100 welcome bonus on their first order, provided that order totals ₹499 or more.

Crown Money is calculated on the final amount paid after coupon discounts and any Crown Money already redeemed on that order, and is credited once the order is confirmed.

2. Redeeming Crown Money

Crown Money can be applied at checkout toward a future order. Up to 20% of the order total can be paid using available Crown Money; the remaining balance must be paid through an accepted payment method.

Crown Money cannot be combined with certain promotions where stated, converted to cash, transferred to another customer, or used to purchase gift cards where applicable.

3. Expiry

Each batch of Crown Money (including welcome bonuses) expires 60 days after the date it is earned, if unused. Expired Crown Money is removed from the customer's balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.

4. Corrections and Fraud

We reserve the right to adjust, withhold or reverse Crown Money balances resulting from technical errors, order cancellations or refunds, suspected fraud, abuse of the rewards system, or violation of these terms.

5. Account and Availability

Crown Money balances are tied to the browser or account in which they were earned. We may change the earning rates, redemption cap, expiry period, or other features of the Crown Money programme at any time; changes will apply prospectively and will be reflected on this page.

6. Programme Changes or Discontinuation

Crave & Crown may modify, suspend or discontinue the Crown Money programme at its discretion. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to redeem existing, unexpired Crown Money before discontinuation.
