Shipping Policy

Crave & Crown currently ships eligible orders within India.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.
Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.
2. Delivery
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service. An estimated delivery date is also shown at checkout for guidance.
Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Charges
Delivery is currently free on orders above ₹999. A flat delivery fee of ₹49 applies to orders below that threshold. Applicable charges are always displayed during checkout before payment.
Crave & Crown may offer additional free-shipping promotions subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided through the contact details associated with the order.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- weather;
- public holidays;
- courier disruptions;
- high-volume periods;
- remote or difficult-to-service locations;
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:
- Order ID;
- photographs of the package;
- photographs of the product; and
- a brief description of the issue.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
