Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every Crave & Crown order to arrive in good condition and as described.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. Cancellation requests should be submitted to hello@craveandcrown.com with your Order ID.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
To help us investigate the issue, we may request your Order ID, photographs of the product and packaging, a description of the issue, and other reasonable information relating to the order.
3. Resolution
After reviewing an eligible claim, Crave & Crown may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or another remedy appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated to the original payment method where technically and legally possible.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer, and can typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Situations Generally Not Eligible
Subject to applicable consumer rights, refunds may not ordinarily be available for:
- change of mind after dispatch;
- incorrect address supplied by the customer;
- damage caused after delivery through improper handling or use;
- normal variations in appearance or printing; or
- products altered or misused after delivery.
6. Crown Money and Coupons
Where an order paid partly with Crown Money is refunded, the Crown Money portion will generally be credited back to the customer's Crown Money balance rather than refunded as cash, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Coupon discounts applied to a cancelled or refunded order are not separately reimbursed.
7. Crown+ Membership Refunds
Refunds relating to Crown+ subscription payments are governed by the Crown+ Membership Terms.
