Crown+ Membership Terms
Effective Date: 8 September 2026
Crown+ is a paid membership subscription offered by Crave & Crown. These terms govern your Crown+ subscription in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Plans
Crown+ is currently offered on the following plans:
- Monthly: ₹49 per month, billed every 30 days.
- Annual: ₹499 per year, billed every 12 months.
Plan pricing may be updated from time to time; changes will be displayed before you subscribe or renew, and will not retroactively change a period already paid for.
2. Membership Benefits
Active Crown+ members currently receive access to:
- Smart Kitchen recipe discovery and personalisation features;
- the personal macro plan calculator;
- goal-based meal plans and smart substitutions;
- automatic shopping lists;
- a 10% Crown Money earn rate on orders (instead of the standard 5%); and
- unlimited saved recipes and members-only recipe collections.
Benefits may be added, changed or removed over time as the service develops; material reductions in benefits will be communicated to active members.
3. Billing and Renewal
Crown+ subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Payment is processed through our authorised payment provider using the payment method on file.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Crown+ membership at any time from My Crown → Crown+ → Cancel Crown+, with no lock-in period.
Cancelling stops future renewals; where legally required or otherwise stated at cancellation, you retain access to Crown+ benefits until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once a payment has been successfully processed, except where required by applicable law or where we determine a refund is appropriate at our discretion (for example, a clear billing error).
6. Changes to Crown+
We may update these Crown+ Membership Terms, pricing or benefits from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of Crown+ after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination by Crave & Crown
We may suspend or terminate a Crown+ membership for violation of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or non-payment, with a pro-rated refund considered where appropriate and legally required.
