These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Crave & Crown website, products, digital services, rewards and membership services.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
1. About Crave & Crown
Crave & Crown is a business based in BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
The brand provides Recipe-Infused Parchment products, digital recipes, Smart Kitchen features, Crown Money rewards and Crown+ membership services.
2. Products and Services
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate and current.
Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing, printing, screen settings or other reasonable variations. Product availability may change without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the purchasing process or otherwise communicated to the customer.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an order has been placed using an incorrectly displayed price due to an obvious technical or pricing error, we may contact the customer before fulfilment or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product. An order is considered accepted once Crave & Crown provides an order confirmation or otherwise confirms the order for fulfilment.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Payments
Payments on the website may be processed through authorised payment service providers, including Razorpay.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
Crave & Crown does not intentionally store complete card, UPI or banking credentials on its own systems where such payment information is processed directly by the authorised payment provider.
Payment transactions may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment service provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Order cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
8. Recipe-Infused Parchment
Recipe-Infused Parchment is designed as a cooking product incorporating recipe and cooking guidance.
Customers should always follow the product's stated instructions, limitations and manufacturer-approved usage conditions. Customers are responsible for using the product appropriately and safely.
Specific temperature, appliance and food-contact claims will be provided only where supported by applicable product specifications.
9. Digital Recipes and Smart Kitchen
Crave & Crown may provide recipes, cooking guidance, nutritional estimates, recommendations, meal-planning features and other information through its website and Smart Kitchen services.
Such information is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Nutritional calculations and recommendations — including any figures derived from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — are estimates and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Users with allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions or other health-related concerns should independently verify ingredients and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
10. Crown Money
Crown Money is a promotional rewards benefit offered by Crave & Crown. It is not a bank balance, deposit, investment, security or guaranteed cash equivalent.
Crown Money may be subject to earning, redemption, expiry and other conditions described in the applicable Crown Money Terms.
We reserve the right to correct balances resulting from technical errors, fraud, abuse or other unauthorised activity.
11. Crown+ Membership
Crown+ is a paid membership service that may provide selected benefits, recipes, Smart Kitchen features, rewards and other member benefits.
Membership pricing, billing frequency, benefits, cancellation and refund terms will be displayed during subscription and governed by the applicable Crown+ Membership Terms.
12. Accounts
Where account functionality is available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their account.
Customers should notify us promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without authorisation.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Crave & Crown and its licensors own or control the intellectual property appearing on the website, including branding, logos, designs, photographs, written content, recipes, graphics, software, interfaces and other original materials.
You may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with using our services.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
14. User Content
If customers submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments or other content to Crave & Crown, they remain responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to submit that content.
By submitting content, you grant Crave & Crown a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and publish that content for legitimate business, marketing and community purposes, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
